川佛手青果和黄果挥发油的气相色谱-质谱联用法分析

摘要 目的 对比分析川佛手青果和黄果挥发油的成分。方法 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取川佛手青果和黄果的挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)检测挥发油的成分。结果 川佛手中挥发油含有32个成分,以d-柠檬烯和γ-松油烯为主要成分。结论 川佛手的青果和黄果挥发油有一定差异。外果皮占果实的比例影响挥发油的得率,小果挥发油含量最高,中果其次,大果最低。 Objective The components of the volatile oil of Green and Yellow Citri Sarcodactylis Fructus were compared and analyzed.Methods The volatile oil of Green and Yellow Citri Sarcodactylis Fructus were extracted by Steam distillation,and the components of the samples were analyzed by GC-MS.Results There were 32 components in the volatile oiland d-limonene and y-terpinene were the main components.Conclusion There were some differences between the volatile oil of Green and Yellow Citri Sarcodactylis Fructus.The content of volatile oil was the highest in small fruit owing to the high proportion of its pericarp,the second in medium fruit and the lowest in big fruit.
