摘要
为适应复合型新工科人才培养需求,在“食品分析”教学现状基础上,提出新型PBL教学模式。以学生学习成果为导向,从教学内容重构、PBL教学方法的探索与实践、课程思政元素的挖掘与设计进行分析与阐述,旨在为相关专业课程的教学改革提供参考。
In order to meet the training needs of New Engineering talents,based on the teaching current situation of Food Analysis,put forward the problem-based learning method(PBL).Guided by students'learning outcomes,the educational research group analyzes and elaborates the teaching content reconstruction,the exploration and practice of PBL teaching method,and the mining and design of ideological and political elements of the curriculum.The aim is to provide reference for the teaching reform of related professional courses.
