摘要
参照《婴幼儿配方乳粉产品配方注册稳定性研究技术指导原则(试行)》中的相关要求与方法,考察婴幼儿配方奶粉基粉在长期试验过程中营养素指标变化。结果表明,婴幼儿配方奶粉基粉的宏量营养素在贮存期内相对稳定,维生素中维生素B12、叶酸和维生素C在贮存期间发生明显衰减,矿物质在贮存期内相对稳定,其他营养素胆碱、肌醇、牛磺酸和左旋肉碱在贮存期内未发生明显衰减。通过研究婴幼儿配方奶粉基粉营养素的衰减情况,为以婴幼儿配方奶粉基粉作为主要原料通过干法工艺生产的婴幼儿配方奶粉产品的配方设计提供参考,并为更合理地控制产品质量提供科学依据。
Referring to the relevant requirements and methods in"technical guiding principles of infant formula milk powder product formula registration stability research(Trial)(Draft for comments)",the changes of nutrient indicators during the long-term test were investigated.The results showed that macronutrients were relatively stable during storage.Vitamin Bi2,folic acid and vitamin C decreased significantly during storage.Minerals were relatively stable during storage.Other nutrients choline,inositol,taurine and L-carnitine were relatively stable during storage.By studying the attenuation of nutrients in infant formula base powder,it could provide reference for the formula design of infant formula milk powder products produced with infant formula base powder as the main raw material,and provide scientific basis for more reasonable control of product quality.
