非道路柴油机多楔带驱动轮系设计和试验分析

摘要 随着非道路柴油机功率密度增加和轻量化的需求,多楔带的应用逐渐增多,但非道路柴油机工作环境复杂、工况恶劣,需要进行合理的轮系设计。本文在一台直列4缸非道路柴油机上进行了多楔带轮系设计、计算和试验分析,提出了轮系设计原则和推荐经验。试验结果表明轮系各动态指标满足设计和应用要求,曲轴皮带轮最大打滑率2.04%,但随着转速升高其打滑率快速下降,轮系运转平稳无异响;皮带抖动百分比4.59%,张紧轮摆角2.69°,摆角随转速的变化趋势与曲轴2阶扭振呈现出较高的一致性。 Ribbed belt has the advantages of large transmission power and compact layout,it’s application is increasing resent years,but the working condition is very complex for off-road diesel engine,the accessory drive system should be designed properly if ribbed belt is used.Some design principles and experience is raised in this article,and an accessory drive system was designed and analyzed on an in-line 4 cylinder off-road diesel engine,a test was designed and did on test bed.It shows that the dynamic performance meet the design requirements.The crank pulley has a 2.04%max slippage,and it reduced rapidly while the engine speed up;The peak vibration amplitude is 4.59%of the belt between alternator and water pump;The max tensioner swing angle is 2.69°,and it’s variation trend along engine speed has a high consistency with the second order torsional vibration curve.
