摘要
目的分析南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院内分泌科1型糖尿病(T1DM)患者病耻感现况及相关影响因素。方法选取2019年7月至2022年7月南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院内分泌科收治的73例T1DM患者作为研究对象,并收集患者一般资料,统计中文版慢性疾病病耻感评估量表(SSCI)评分,经单因素、多因素分析T1DM患者SSCI评分。结果T1DM患者SSCI评分总分(56.45±10.69)分,其中9.59%处于轻度水平,63.01%处于中度水平,27.40%处于重度水平;单因素分析显示,不同年龄,有无家族遗传史,不同治疗方式,不同婚姻情况,不同家庭月收入,有无并发症,不同体质量指数,是否需要照顾SSCI评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素分析显示,年龄、家族遗传史、治疗方式、家庭月收入、有无并发症、体质量指数均为T1DM患者SSCI评分的影响因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论T1DM患者病耻感处于中度水平,其中年龄、家族遗传史、治疗方式、家庭月收入、有无并发症、体质量指数均是其影响因素,以上因素需要医护人员重点关注,并采取有效临床干预,从而降低患者病耻感。
Objective To analyze the current status of stigma and related influencing factors in patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM)in the endocrinology department of our hospital.Methods From July 2019 to July 2022,73 patients with T1DM admitted to the Department of Endocrinology in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the general information of the patients was collected.And the scores of the Chinese version of the Chronic Disease Stigma Scale(SSCI)were counted,the SSCI scores of T1DM patients were analyzed by univariate and multivariate analysis.Results The total SSCI score of T1DM patients was(56.45±10.69),of which 9.59%were at mild level,63.01%were at moderate level,and 27.40%were at severe level;univariate analysis showed that different age,family genetic history,treatment modality,marital status,monthly family income,presence of complications,body mass index,and need for care SSCI scores The difference was statistically significant when comparing(P<0.05);multi-factor analysis showed that age,family genetic history,treatment modality,monthly family income,presence of comorbidities,and body mass index were all influential factors for SSCI scores in patients with T1DM,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion T1DM patients have a moderate level of stigma,in which age,family genetic history,treatment modality,monthly family income,presence of comorbidities,and body mass index are all influential factors.The above factors need to be focused on by medical staff and take effective clinical interventions to reduce the stigma of patients.
