摘要
在数字经济背景下,面对高等职业教育的快速发展局面,针对当前社会、学界和企业界发展的必然趋势和要求,应用成果导向与行动学习的教育理念,积极进行高等职业教育专业数字化转型研究,着力推进高职院校的专业升级和数字化改造势在必行。在高职院校的专业升级转型中,需要对接当前新形势,契合行业发展新态势,积极做好专业各层级的横向融通,强化校企合作,深化产教融合,进行高职院校专业教师、教材和教法的数字化转型重塑,推动高职院校专业建设全方位升级。以数字经济新动力赋能高职院校专业人才培养数字化转型发展,全面提升高职院校专业人才培养质量和创新水平。
Under the background of China's digital economy,facing the rapid development of higher vocational education,and in view of the inevitable trend and requirements of the development of the current society,academia and business community,the application of results oriented and action learning education concepts,the digital transformation of higher vocational education majors was studied,and the professional upgrading and digital transformation model of higher vocational colleges was constructed.The upgrade and transformation of majors in vocational colleges need to adapt to the current new situation,fit the new development trend of the industry,actively do a good job in the major lateral accommodation at all levels,enhance university-enterprise cooperation deepening the integration production and education,carry on the major in higher vocational colleges teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods of reshaping digital transformation,and promote the all-round upgrading of majors in higher vocational colleges.We need to empower the digital transformation and development of professional talents training in higher vocational colleges with the new power of digital economy,and comprehensively improve the quality and innovation level of talents training in higher vocational colleges.
