摘要
文章结合DHT土凝岩稳定土混合料性能室内验证试验,通过创新施工工艺,解决了土凝岩混合料集中厂拌、自动机械化摊铺技术困难,并对土凝岩材料成品结构层进行了路用性能指标检测。该材料在合铜高速公路路面底基层、基层中的应用及研究结果表明,集中厂拌及现场自动机械化摊铺技术满足高等级公路路面施工标准化、精细化控制要求,检测结果满足高等级公路基层施工路用性能指标,可为今后大规模推广应用提供参考。
Based on the indoor verification test of DHT soil condensate stabilized soil mixture performance, this paper solves the technical difficulties of centralized plant mixing and automatic mechanized paving of soil condensate mixture through innovative construction technology, and tests the road performance index of the finished structure layer of soil condensate material. The application and research results of this material in the base course of the pavement of HeyangTongchuan Expressway show that the centralized plant mixing and on-site automatic mechanized paving technology meet the requirements of standardization and fine control of high-grade highway pavement construction, and the test results meet the road performance index of high-grade highway base construction, which can provide reference for large-scale popularization and application in the future.
