农村公路混凝土油石比与加筋改良影响下的拉弯试验研究

摘要 为研究贵州水城区“组组通”公路混凝土材料力学特征,笔者开展了油石比参量影响下的劈裂拉伸与三点弯曲试验,并基于最优油石比参量设计了加筋改良混凝土的劈裂拉伸对比试验。试验结果表明,在一定范围内,油石比越大,试样承拉应力越大,但在油石比达到3.5%后,抗拉应力的增长不再显著。在三点弯曲试验中,油石比递增,试样抗弯应力呈先增后减变化。在土工格室加筋料影响下,试样抗弯应力也是先增后减,格室数量为3个时抗弯应力最高。原状试样、加筋试样的弯曲破坏分别为应变硬化、应变软化特征。试验认为,油石比为3.5%、土工格室数量为3个时,混凝土拉弯力学效果最优。 In order to study the mechanical characteristics of concrete materials of"group-connected"highways in Shuicheng District of Guizhou Province,the splitting tensile and three-point bending tests under the influence of the oil-stone ratio parameters were carried out by the author,and the splitting tensile contrast test of reinforced improved concrete was designed based on the optimal oil-stone ratio parameters.The test results show that within a certain range,the larger the oil-stone ratio,the greater the tensile stress of the sample,but when the oil-stone ratio reaches 3.5%,the increase of tensile stress is no longer significant.In the three-point bending test,the bending stress of the sample increases first and then decreases with the increase of the oil-stone ratio.Under the influence of geocell reinforcement,the bending stress of the sample also increases first and then decreases,and the bending stress is the highest when the number of geocell is 3.The bending failure of the original specimen and the reinforced specimen is characterized by strain hardening and strain softening respectively.The test shows that the tensile and bending mechanical effect of concrete is the best when the oil-stone ratio is 3.5%and the number of geocell is 3.
