盘扣式脚手架在大跨度厂房应用及风控研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着城市经济建设快速发展,许多大型物流园仓库基地建造成为当前城市基础设施配套提升的重点,以广州市空港经济区标准化仓储配送基地1号坡道仓、2号坡道仓、3号楼仓为例,针对其高大支模的特点,选用承压盘扣式脚手架施工。针对其建筑群的主体建筑结构类型,提供了系统的脚手架施工方案部署。对主体工程施工中的关键搭建和拆除的施工关键工艺进行了深化布置研究。同时对搭建中的质量管理和塌落安全进行了风险评估和控制研究,布设了科学的监测方案,为类似的高大支模仓储结构的脚手架施工提供了经验参考。 With the rapid development of urban economic construction,the construction of many large logistics park warehouse base has become the focus of the current urban infrastructure upgrading,to Guangzhou Airport Economic zone standardized warehouse distribution base with 1#ramp warehouse,2#ramp warehouse,3#floor warehouse,according to the characteristics of its tall support mode,the use of pressure plate buckle type scaffolding construction.According to the main architectural structure type of its building group.Provide the system scaffolding construction scheme deployment.And the key construction technology of the construction of the main body of the project is studied.At the same time,the quality management and col ̄lapse safety risk assessment and control research are carried out,and the scientific monitoring scheme is set up,which provides an experience reference for the scaffold construction of similar tall formwork storage structure.
