摘要
基于常规性能试验评价了蓖麻油基生物沥青对基质沥青性能的影响。结果表明,针入度随着蓖麻油基生物沥青含量的增加而显著增加,软化点略有降低,延度显著降低;闪点和密度变化波动不大,溶解度显著降低,蓖麻油基生物改性沥青的抗老化能力在可接受范围内;随蓖麻油基生物沥青含量的增加,针入度指数和塑性温度范围增大,当量软化点和当量脆点均降低,蓖麻油基生物沥青改善了温度敏感性。
Based on conventional performance tests,the effect of castor oil-based bio asphalt on the performance of matrix asphalt was evaluated.The results showed that the penetration increased significantly with the increase of the content of castor oil-based bio asphalt,the softening point slightly decreased,and the ductility significantly decreased.The change of flash point and density is not apparent,and the solubility is significantly reduced,and the anti-aging ability of castor oil-based bio modified asphalt is in an acceptable range.With the increase of the content of castor oil-based bio asphalt,the penetration index and plasticity temperature range increase,and the equivalent softening point and equivalent brittleness point decrease.Castor oil-based bio asphalt improves temperature sensitivity.
