摘要
在“双碳”目标和经济社会绿色转型背景下,全球低碳经济正逐步取代传统的高碳经济发展模式。对于消费领域的酒店行业而言,星级越高的酒店由于酒店规模、用电消耗、内部装饰、洁净要求等将产生更多排放。酒店业作为旅游业的三大支柱,也是公共建筑占比较大一类,碳排放规模较大。酒店建设及运行低碳化,成为当前酒店业发展的必然方向。本研究将对国内国外已开展低碳实践的酒店案例进行分析,结合现行推行的低碳/零碳技术和其适用场景,提出顶级连锁酒店低碳/零碳解决方案建议。
In the context of the"Double Carbon"goal and the green evolution of the economy and society,the global low carbon economy is gradually replacing the traditional high carbon economic development model.For the hotel industry in the consumer sector,hotels with higher star ratings will generate more emissions due to hotel size,electricity consumption,interior decoration,cleanliness requirements,etc.The hotel industry,as the three pillars of the tourism industry,is also a relatively large category of public buildings,with a large scale of carbon emissions.Low carbonization in hotel construction and operation has become an inevitable direction for the current development of the hotel industry.This study will analyze hotel cases that have already implemented low carbon practices both domestically and internationally,and propose low carbon/zero carbon solutions for top chain hotels based on current low carbon/zero carbon technologies and their application scenarios.
