灵芝菌丝毒理学安全性评价研究

摘要 目的:对灵芝菌丝的食用安全性进行毒理学评价研究。方法:依照国家相关标准和规定,首先采用最大耐受剂量法开展大、小鼠急性经口毒性试验,然后开展遗传毒性试验,最后以5.00 g·kg^(-1)、2.50 g·kg^(-1)、1.25 g·kg^(-1)3个剂量开展大鼠30 d喂养实验,观察大鼠体重、进食量及血常规等的变化,评价其毒理学安全性。结果:以5.00 g·kg^(-1)最大给药量的样品灌胃,未出现中毒症状,也无死亡;3项遗传毒性试验的结果也均为阴性;与对照组相比,30 d喂养试验发现各个剂量组的大鼠各项指标差异均不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:灵芝菌丝是无毒、无遗传毒性产品,可被开发为供消费者食用的产品。 Objective:To conduct a toxicological evaluation study on the food safety of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium.Method:In accordance with national standards and regulations,the acute oral toxicity test in rats and mice was firstly carried out by the maximum tolerated dose method,then the genotoxicity test was carried out,and finally the 30-days feeding experiment in rats was carried out at 3 doses of 5.00 g·kg^(-1),2.50 g·kg^(-1)and 1.25 g·kg^(-1)to observe the changes in body weight,food intake and blood,and to evaluate the toxicological safety of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium.Result:No toxic symptoms and no death occurred when the sample was gavaged at the maximum dose of 5.00 g·kg^(-1);the results of the three genotoxicity tests were also negative;compared with the control group,the differences in the indexes of the rats in each dose group were not statistically significant in the 30-days feeding test(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ganoderma lucidum mycelium is a non-toxic,non-genotoxic product that can be developed as a product for consumer consumption.
