摘要
食源性致病菌快检技术已成为近年来的研究热点。以免疫标记技术、核酸扩增技术等为基础的快检技术发展迅速,被广泛应用于食源性致病菌的快速检测。本文总结了近年来多种快检技术在食源性致病菌快速检测中的研究进展,分析了现有快检技术的优势和局限性及其在基层食品安全监测中的应用现状和限制因素,并提出了一些建议,以期为快检技术在基层的普及应用提供帮助。
The rapid detection technology of foodborne pathogens has become a research hotspot in recent years.The rapid detection based on immune labeling technology and nucleic acid amplification has developed rapidly and is widely used in the rapid detection of foodborne pathogens.This paper summarizes the research progress of various rapid detection technologies in the rapid detection of foodborne pathogens in recent years,analyzes the advantages and limitations of the existing rapid detection technologies,as well as the application status and limiting factors in the grass-roots food safety monitoring,and puts forward some suggestions,in order to provide support for the popularization and application of the rapid detection technology at the grass-roots level.
