摘要
以卡塔尔世界杯主场馆卢塞尔体育场屋顶膜为基础,研究大型体育场屋顶膜的设计、施工和维保技术问题。在对屋面索网系统设计分析的基础上,制定了膜安装的总体顺序,确定了膜吊装和展开的施工方法。重点研究了内拉环索、受压环梁和水平索节点的膜固定技术与连接方法,建立了膜结构的维修与养护方案。结果表明,膜的结构设计对后续的施工质量与资源消耗有着巨大影响,膜的施工需遵循逻辑顺序,膜的固定连接、防水施工和维修养护影响使用寿命和体验。
The design,construction and maintenance of the roof membrane of large stadium are studied based on the roof membrane of Lusail Stadium,the main stadium of Qatar World Cup.The overall sequence of membrane installation is formulated,and the construction method of membrane hoisting and unfolding is determined in accordance with the design and analysis of the roof cable net system.The membrane fixation technology and connection method of internal tension ring cable,compression ring beam and horizontal cable joints are mainly studied,and the maintenance scheme of membrane structure is established.The results show that the structural design of the membrane has a great impact on the subsequent construction quality and resource consumption.The construction of the membrane needs to follow the logical order.And the fixed connection,waterproof construction and maintenance of the membrane affect the service life and experience.
