海洋环境下软硬不均地层超大直径盾构掘进方案比选 被引量:1

摘要 为解决海域环境下软硬不均地层的超大直径盾构掘施工难题,以某海洋环境大直径盾构隧道施工为背景,通过对软硬不均复合地层中的基岩采取预处理、直接掘进2种方案对比与应用,研究海洋环境软硬不均地层超大直径盾构掘进施工技术,得出如下结论:陆域条件下爆破预处理增加岩石单体节理数量,改变了刀具掘进破岩作用形式,大幅度提高掘进效率;海洋环境下预处理施工难度大,爆破效果不易控制,极易造成积渣滞排,加大对刀盘刀具的损伤损坏;扰动上部淤泥、淤泥质土等地层可能导致掘进施工过程中保压失效;15.03m超大直径泥水盾构采用常压刀盘直接掘进,通过设备改进和掘进参数控制解决了复合地层中基岩凸起地层施工难题。综合施工因素,合理选用施工方案,能有效控制施工风险,保证施工顺利进行。 In order to solve the problem of ultra-large diameter shield excavation construction in soft and hard uneven strata in the sea environment,this paper takes the construction of a large-diameter shield tunnel in a marine environment as the background,and studies the construction technology of ultra-large diameter shield boring in soft and hard uneven strata in marine environment by comparing and applying the two schemes of pretreatment and direct excavation of bedrock in soft and hard uneven composite formation,and draws conclusions:blasting pretreatment increases the number of rock unit joints,changes the form of tool tunneling and rock breaking,and greatly improves the excavation efficiency.The pretreatment construction in marine environment is difficult,the blasting effect is not easy to control,and it is easy to cause slag accumulation and discharge,which increases the damage to the cutterhead and cutter;Disturbing the upper silt,silty soil and other strata may cause the pressure retention failure in the excavation construction;The 15.03m super-large diameter slurry shield machine uses atmospheric pressure cutterhead to directly excavate through equipment improvement and tunneling parameter control to solve the construction problem of bedrock convex formation in composite strata.Comprehensive construction factors and reasonable selection of construction plans can effectively control construction risks,ensure the smooth progress of construction.
