后疫情时代的法国教育国际化:对非洲援助的动力与发展路向

摘要 教育援助是教育国际化的重要内容。法国尤为重视在非洲进行教育援助,在国际教育交流过程中培养本土技术管理人才,吸引来自非洲的优秀人才赴法学习,从而增强法国在非洲的文化传播、渗透和影响力。本文聚焦后疫情时代法国在多个层面对非援助策略调整,从资金、项目到教学资源等角度开展多样援助措施,创新在非教育实践,促进法非教育合作的可持续发展。 Education aid is an important part of education internationalization.France attaches great importance to education aid in Africa,its former colonial space.By training local technical management workers and attracting outstanding talents to study in France,it aims to enhance French cultural spread and penetration and its influence on the continent.The outbreak of the COVID-19 has pushed education globally into a deep crisis,especially so in African countries and regions.The impact of the epidemic on national economic development,cut of education funds,regional conflicts,gender inequality and other factors have together resulted in a worsening of the education issues for local teenagers.This article focuses on the adjustments by France of its aid strategy towards Africa and of its implementation practice,from funding to project development to teaching resources,in its bid to further the sustainable development of French-African education cooperation,cope better with the international educational exchanges in the post epidemic era and promote the internationalization strategy of French education.
