摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)作为育龄妇女最常见的内分泌代谢紊乱性疾病之一,其病理改变与不孕症的发生密切相关;由于高雄激素、排卵障碍、卵巢多囊改变等主要特征,PCOS是导致无排卵性不孕的常见原因之一,也是导致不良生殖结局的主要因素。然而PCOS患者生育能力降低不仅归因于无排卵,还归因于PCOS患者的子宫内膜功能障碍,改善子宫内膜功能是改善PCOS患者生殖结局的潜在治疗靶点。本文综述了PCOS影响子宫内膜功能的病理生理学机制及目前临床上的相关治疗手段,为临床改善PCOS患者生殖结局提供线索。
Polycyctic ovary syndrome(PCOS) is one of the most common endocrine and metabolic disorders in women of the reproductive age, and its pathological changes are closely related to the occurrence of infertility. Due to its main characteristics such as hyperandrogenism, ovulation disorder and polycystic ovarian changes, PCOS is one of the common causes of anovulatory infertility and the main factor leading to adverse reproductive outcomes. However, the infertility of PCOS patients is not only attributed to anovulation, but also to endometrial dysfunction in them. Improving endometrial function is a potential therapeutic target for improving the reproductive outcomes of women with PCOS. This article reviewed the pathophysiological mechanism of PCOS affecting the endometrial function and current clinical treatment methods, so as to provide clues for improving the reproductive outcome of PCOS patients.
