摘要
“运动是良医高校行(EIM-OC)”是“运动是良医(EIM)”的全球推广分支项目。运用文献资料、实地调查、专家访谈、比较分析、逻辑分析等研究方法对EIM-OC项目推广机制和经验进行系统分析,以期为我国高校健康教育提供参考。研究发现:EIM-OC项目推广具有统一完善的领导机制、多部门协作的支持机制、创意性的活动内容机制和操作性强的审核评价机制。EIM-OC在美国高校推广中健康价值和教育价值体现最为明显,推广障碍存在校际差异。EIM-OC项目推广对我国高校健康教育启示在于:完善高校健康教育领导体系、加快体育与健康课程转型发展、构建科学健康教育内容体系、打造“校-社”高校健康教育模式和通畅高校健康教育监管与评价体系。
“Exercise is Medicine-On Campus(EIM-OC)”is a branch of global promotion program of“Exercise is Medicine(EIM)”.In order to provide references for health education in Chinese colleges and universities,this paper analyzed the global operation mechanism and experience of this project in American colleges and universities through literature study,field investigation,expert interview,comparative and logical analysis.The study suggested that EIM-OC had a unified and perfect leadership mechanism,a supporting mechanism for multi-sector collaboration,a creative activity contents mechanism and a strong operational review and evaluation mechanism.In the process of publicizing EM-OC in American colleges and universities,the health and education values were the most outstanding factors,and there were inter-school differences in terms of implementation obstacle.The enlightenment for operation and promotion of EIM-OC project for health education in colleges and universities in China was to perfect the leadership system,to speed up the transformation and development of the curriculum,to construct scientific contents system,to build up the“school-society”health education mode;and to develop the supervision and evaluation system.
