2种不同形态的聚乳酸材料对加热卷烟的影响

摘要 利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、静态顶空—气相色谱质谱仪(SHS-GC/MS)、热重—差示扫描量热同步分析仪(TG-DSC)、卷烟动态吸阻测量仪,对比分析了加热卷烟中PLA膜材料和PLA丝束材料的物理性能及其挥发成分,同时研究这2种降温材料在加热卷烟抽吸过程中微观结构演变及对加热卷烟的动态吸阻和烟雾量的影响。结果表明:当热重温度从50℃升至240℃,PLA丝束材料的失重率要比膜材料的失重率高,DSC曲线上相应材料的熔融峰也有所差别;随顶空处理温度的升高,PLA膜材料和PLA丝束材料中挥发物的种类及其挥发量均大幅度地增加;在高温烟气下,PLA膜材料和丝束材料都先发生快速收缩,然后随着抽吸口数的增加,熔融黏连的面积逐渐增加,孔道也逐渐减少直至大量消失。不同的是PLA丝束基本只在端面发生熔融黏连;PLA膜的前后段均会发生不同程度的收缩黏连,PLA膜更有利于抽吸过程烟气的流动;抽吸过程中降温材料微观结构的演变对烟支的动态吸阻及烟雾量有较大的影响。由此可知,PLA材料的形态对加热卷烟具有显著的影响。 The physical properties and volatile components of PLA membrane material and PLA tows material as well as their effect on the microstructure evolution,the dynamic draw resistance and smoke quantities of heated cigarette were studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),static headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometer(SHS-GC/MS),thermogravimetric and differential scanning calorimetry(TG-DSC),cigarette draw resistance measuring instrument.The results showed that from 50℃to 240℃,the weight loss ratio of PLA tows materials was higher than that of PLA membrane materials,and the melting peaks of those materials were also different in the DSC curve.The species and quantities of volatile constituents released from PLA membrane materials and PLA tows materials were increased significantly when the headspace treatment temperature was increased.Under the high temperature smoke,both PLA membrane materials and PLA tows materials shrank rapidly first,and then with the increase of puff number,the fused adhesion areas increased gradually,while the pores decreased gradually.The fusion and adhesion only occurred on the end face of the PLA tows.PLA membrane had different degrees of shrinkage and adhesion at the anterior and posterior segments of filter rod.PLA membrane materials were more convenient to flue gas flow.The microstructure evolution of cooling materials had great influence on the dynamic suction resistance and smoke quantities of heated cigarette.The forms of PLA materials had significant influence on heated cigarette.
