摘要 为构建适用于复杂井(如二氧化碳回注井、储气库井)固井作业的低密度弹韧性固井水泥浆体系,研究了水泥浆关键添加剂材料,并对水泥浆体系的性能进行了评价。结果表明,减轻剂、弹韧剂、降失水剂、缓凝剂和增强剂可以调节水泥浆的密度、弹韧性、失水量、稠化时间和强度性能,可应用于构建高性能低密度柔性水泥浆体系。水泥浆性能评价表明,在不同温度下,水泥浆流变性在300 r/min时的读数小于300,流变性好,失水量小于50 mL,稠化时间大于3 h。水泥浆在不同温度下养护24 h后的抗压强度均大于18.2 MPa,弹性模量最低为5.8 GPa,抗冲击强度均大于2.04 kJ/m^(2)。构建的低密度柔性水泥浆体系具有较好的性能,可应用于固井作业。 In order to design a low-density elasticity and toughness cement slurry system suitable for complex well(such as carbon dioxide reinjection well and gas storage well)cementing operations,the key additive materials of the cement slurry were studied and the performance of the cement slurry system was evaluated.The experimental results show that the studied lightening agent,elastic toughness agent,fluid loss reducer,retarder and reinforcing agent can adjust the density,elastic toughness,water loss,thickening time and strength of cement slurry,and can be used to design a high-performance low-density flexible cement slurry system.The evaluation results of cement slurry performance show that the rheological property of cement slurry is less than 300 at 300 r/min,the rheological property is good,the water loss is less than 50mL,and the thickening time is more than 3 h.The compressive strength of cement slurry cured at different temperatures for 24 hours is the minimum higher than 18.2 MPa,the elastic modulus is the minimum of 5.8 GPa,and the impact strength is greater than 2.04 kJ/m^(2).The low density flexible cement slurry system has good performance and can be used in cementing operation.
