盐穴储气库天然气阻溶造腔快速投产技术

摘要 国内盐穴储气库采用柴油阻溶水溶采矿的方式建造,完腔后才能投产,导致建设周期长、投资回收慢。而天然气阻溶造腔能够边储气边造腔,实现提前投产,可显著缩短投产周期。首先介绍了国内外该技术应用情况,并总结了天然气阻溶造腔的技术特点和优势。技术特点主要有腔体形态设计、注采气运行模式、管柱组合;技术优势主要为缩短投产周期、提前实现收益、保压采出垫底气等。最后针对国内盐矿不溶物杂质高的特点,分析了该技术应用可能遇到的问题,并预测了发展前景。文章系统总结了天然气阻溶造腔快速投产技术的特点、优势、存在问题和应用前景,为加快国内盐穴储气库建设提供一种新的思路。 Chinese salt cavern gas storage is built by water-solution mining with diesel as blanket and be used after completion.Many Problems exists such as long construction period and long pay-off time.But LUNG(leaching under natural gas)technology can make leaching cavern and storing natural gas simultaneously and reduce the construction time well.First,domestic and abroad application is introduced,the technology feature and advantage of the shape design method,the gas operation mode,and the string combination were analyzed and summarized.In view of the stratified salt rock that the geological conditions of salt cavern gas storage in China,the possible difficulties encountered in the large-scale application are estimated,and the corresponding suggestions are given.This article provided a new idea for accelerating the construction of salt cavern gas storage in China.
