“三区三州”小学数学骨干教师教学胜任力现状及提升策略 被引量:3

摘要 分析骨干教师教学胜任力现状及提升策略有助于巩固拓展“三区三州”教师队伍建设成果.通过对“三区三州”1 500名小学数学骨干教师教学胜任力现状调查发现,“三区三州”小学数学骨干教师教学知识较强,教学能力和个人特质偏弱,集中体现在教学设计能力、教学反思能力、人格特征和人际特征不足;不同群体间骨干教师教学胜任力差异较大,女教师优于男教师,20年以上教龄的教师教学胜任力较强,市级骨干教师优于校级骨干教师.提升“三区三州”小学数学骨干教师教学胜任力应综合运用教师培训和教师管理手段,缓解骨干教师心理压力,倡导导师制提升骨干教师教学能力,增强骨干教师专业自主发展能力. Analyzing the current situation and improvement strategies of key teachers’teaching competence is helpful to consolidate and expand the achievements of the construction of the“three districts and three states”teacher team.This study investigated the teaching competence of 1500 primary school mathematics key teachers in the“three districts and three states”.It is found that the primary mathematics key teachers have strong teaching knowledge,weak teaching ability and personal characteristics,which are mainly reflected in insufficient teaching design ability,teaching reflection ability,personality characteristics and interpersonal characteristics.There are great differences among different groups.Female teachers are better than males,teachers with more than 20 years of teaching experience have stronger teaching competence,and municipal key teachers are better than school-level key teachers.The interview results show that in order to improve the teaching competence of key mathematics teachers in the“three districts and three states”primary schools,we should comprehensively use teacher training and teacher management methods to alleviate the psychological pressure of key teachers,advocate the tutor system to improve the teaching ability of key teachers,and enhance the professional independent development ability of key teachers.
