摘要
将生产硝基苯过程中所产生的废酸加入到湿法磷酸生产工艺中参与反应,研究了N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、氯化铵、硝酸对湿法磷酸生产工艺中磷矿的分解率,石膏中总磷的含量、滤液中磷酸和SO 3的含量的影响。结果发现:向湿法磷酸生产工艺中加入质量分数为3%的HNO 3、2%的DMF、1%的NH 4 Cl,对湿法磷酸生产工艺中石膏中总磷含量、滤液中总磷含量和SO 3的含量基本没有影响,且磷矿的分解率增大。由此可见,将硝基苯所产废酸加入到湿法磷酸工艺中使用具有可行性。
Waste acid produced during production of nitrobenzene is added to the production process of wet process phosphoric acid for reaction.The effects of N,N-dimethylformamide,ammonium chloride and nitric acid on the decomposition rate of phosphate rock,the content of total phosphorus in gypsum,as well as the contents of phosphoric acid and SO 3 in filtrate are studied.Results show that no effect is produced on the total phosphorus content in gypsum,or the total phosphorus and SO 3 contents in filtrate when adding 3%HNO 3,2%DMF and 1%NH 4 Cl into the wet process phosphoric acid production process,and in the meantime the decomposition rate of phosphate rock increases.It can be seen that it is feasible to add waste acid from nitrobenzene production into the wet process phosphoric acid process.
