摘要
近二十年来,新建尿素装置的规模不断加大,新建的超大型尿素装置产品包装储运设计不能仅仅满足于普通大中型化肥厂产品包装储运的标准要求,设计方有必要结合项目实际交通运输状况、物流条件、市场销售方式、后期运行成本等因素,全面优化设计方案。分析了尿素装置产品包装储运各单元设计方案,介绍了近年来产品包装储运各单元技术方案新的思路,结合类似项目实际运行情况,提出了适合超大型尿素装置产品包装储运工艺的一般性设计方案。
In the past two decades,the scale of newly built urea plants has been increasing,and the design for packaging,storage and transportation of products from newly built super large urea plants cannot stop at merely meeting the standard requirements of ordinary large and medium-sized fertilizer plants on product packaging,storage and transportation.It is necessary for the designing company to comprehensively optimize the design scheme by taking into full consideration of the project's actual transportation conditions,logistical conditions,marketing methods,late-stage operation costs and other factors.This paper analyzes the design scheme of each unit of urea plant for product packaging,storage and transportation,introduces new ideas of relevant technical schemes for each unit in recent years,and puts forward the general design scheme suitable for product packaging,storage and transportation in super large urea plants based on the actual operation of similar projects.
