城镇小型河道水系综合整治质量安全管理实践 被引量:4

摘要 当前许多城镇的河道面临着生态污染、河道淤积反复等难题,在治理中由于施工质量和方案设计易导致治理效果不佳,问题反复等情况。以惠州永汉河治理为例,该河道普遍存在淤泥堆积导致的水体污染,河道缩窄,岸坡损毁等问题,严重影响城镇河道的防洪排涝,生态景观功能。开展了河道疏浚清淤治理、自锁生态护坡的治理方案,重点对关键的围堰导流、清淤和护坡工程的施工工艺和质量提出了控制方案。达到了高质量改善河流水体生态环境,发挥治理综合效益的效果。 At present,many cities and towns are confronted with problems such as ecological pollution and repeated River deposition.In treatment,poor treatment effect and repeated problems are easily caused by construction quality and scheme design.Taking Yonghan River in Huizhou as an example,water pollution caused by silt accumulation,River narrowing and bank slope damage are common problems in the river,which seriously affect flood control and drainage of urban rivers and ecological landscape functions.This paper carries out river dredging and silt removal treatment,self-locking ecological slope protection treatment scheme,with emphasis on the key cofferdam diversion,silt removal and slope protection project construction process and quality control scheme.It achieves high-quality improvement of ecological environment of river body and brings into play the effect of comprehensive benefits of governance.
