更迭与纾困:高师院校“小学数学课程与教学论”教材发展之审思

Evolution and Relief: Reflections on the Teaching Materials Development of “Primary School Mathematics Curriculum and Pedagogy” in Normal Universities

摘要 学科课程与教学论是培养新时代教师的主要学科,其教材建设为高水平现代教师教育体系的建立提供着内源性的支撑。文章基于教材演化的历史逻辑,以“小学数学课程与教学论”教材为切入点,梳理新中国成立以来“小学数学课程与教学论”教材“舶来与依附、恢复与重建、开放与援引、创新与自足、稳步与深化”等五个阶段的历史嬗变,并从价值、理论、内容、治理等维度对教材的发展困境进行审视。针对存在的教材中国话语体系建构缺失、教材内生性理论质素供给不足、教材内容结构一体化程度不够、教材治理效能需要进一步优化的问题,提出“小学数学课程与教学论”教材以及学科课程与教学论教材的纾解策略,即“厚植中国本土现实,坚定教材价值立场;把握学科逻辑之基,加强教材理论供给;超越边缘学科层级,统整教材内容体系;创新教材治理机制,重构教材发展生态”,以更好地满足处在全新历史起点上教师教育发展之需。 Subject curriculum and pedagogy are the main subjects for training teachers in the new era, and the construction of teaching materials provides endogenous support for the establishment of a high-level modern teacher education system. Based on the historical logic of teaching materials evolution, this paper takes the teaching materials of “primary school mathematics curriculum and pedagogy” as the breakthrough point to sort out the historical evolution of the teaching materials of“primary school mathematics curriculum and pedagogy” in the five stages of “import and dependence, recovery and reconstruction, opening and quotation, innovation and self-sufficiency, stability and deepening” since the founding of new China, and examines the development dilemma of the teaching materials from the dimensions of value, theory, content and governance. In view of the existing problems such as the lack of construction of the Chinese discourse system of teaching materials, the insufficient supply of endogenous theory quality of teaching materials, the insufficient integration of the content structure of teaching materials, and the need for further optimization of the efficiency of teaching materials governance, this paper puts forward the relief strategies of “primary school mathematics curriculum and pedagogy” teaching materials and subject curriculum and pedagogy teaching materials: consider China’s local reality and strengthen the value position of teaching materials;grasp the base of subject logic and strengthen the theoretical supply of teaching materials;transcending the level of marginal disciplines and integrating the content system of teaching materials;innovate the governance mechanism of teaching materials and reconstruct thedevelopment ecology of teaching materials to better meet the needs of teacher education development at a new historical starting point.
