摘要
目的为预防矿用液力耦合器在运行过程中发生故障,影响煤矿安全连续生产。方法针对煤矿井下采掘工作面带式输送机用液力耦合器常见故障进行分析,给出预防措施与解决方案。通过采取定期更换合格易熔合金塞、检查工作介质、按规定注液、开发相应的耦合器状态监测系统,以及换用永磁磁力耦合器等措施。结果有效减少液力耦合器故障次数,尽可能预防事故的发生。结论实现煤矿带式输送机安全运行,满足煤矿高效生产的需要。
Objective To prevent the failure of mine hydraulic coupler during operation which affects the safe and continuous production of coal mine.Methods This paper analyzes the common faults of hydraulic coupler used for belt conveyor in underground mining face of coal mine,and puts forward preventive measures and solutions.By taking measures such as regular replacement of qualified fusible plug,inspection of working medium,liquid injection as required,development of corresponding coupler status monitoring system,and replacement of permanent magnetic coupler.Results The number of failures of hydraulic coupler can be effectively reduced,accidents can be prevented as far as possible.Conclusion The safe operation of belt conveyor in coal mine can be realized to meet the needs of efficient production in coal mine.
