摘要
以钢渣作为细骨料,采用不同粒径、取代量的钢渣制备钢渣泡沫混凝土(SSFC)。根据自然养护7 d SSFC的无侧限抗压强度,得出制备SSFC的最优配比;基于正交试验分析钢渣粒径、钢渣取代量、水胶比三因素对SSFC抗压强度的影响程度;在此基础上,探讨钢渣取代量对SSFC导热性、抗折强度、吸水率等力学性能的影响,分析不同钢渣取代量下SSFC的微观结构。结果表明:制备SSFC的最优配比为钢渣粒径1.18 mm、钢渣取代量(质量分数,下同)20%、水胶比0.45;三因素对SSFC抗压强度的影响程度为钢渣取代量>钢渣粒径>水胶比;随钢渣取代量的增加,SSFC的导热性和吸水率逐渐减小、抗折强度先增后减,钢渣取代量为20%时SSFC抗折强度最大,这是因为20%钢渣取代量下的SSFC平均孔径最小、孔隙分布最均匀。
Steel slag was used as fine aggregate,and steel slag foam concrete(SSFC)was prepared by using steel slag with different particle size and replacement amount.According to the unconfined compressive strength of SSFC naturally cured for 7 d,the optimal mix proportion was obtained.Based on the orthogonal test,the influence of steel slag particle size,steel slag substitution and water-cement ratio on the compressive strength of SSFC was analyzed.On this basis,the influence of steel slag substitution on the mechanical properties of SSFC such as thermal conductivity,flexural strength and water absorption was explored,and the microstructure of SSFC under different steel slag substitution was analyzed.The results show that the optimal proportion for preparing SSFC is 1.18 mm steel slag particle size,20% steel slag replacement(mass fraction,the same below),and 0.45 water cement ratio.The influence degree of three factors on compressive strength is steel slag substitution>steel slag particle size>water binder ratio.With the increase of steel slag substitution,the thermal conductivity and water absorption of SSFC gradually decreases,and the flexural strength first increases and then decreases.When the steel slag replacement amount is 20%,the flexural strength of SSFC is the largest,because the average pore size of SSFC with 20% steel slag substitution is the smallest and the pore space distribution is the most uniform.
