乙醇偶合制备C_(4)烯烃中的催化剂优化

摘要 化工产业中涉及的催化剂组合选择对产物产量具有巨大影响。为更好地在乙醇催化偶合制备C_(4)烯烃的教学实验中研究选择合适的催化剂优化组合方式,基于相关系数分析、灰色相关性分析、逐步回归思想和通用全局优化算法建立催化剂组合选择模型。模型考虑温度、Co负载率、羟基磷灰石(HAP)、Co/SiO_(2)和HAP装料比等因素。基于实际生产实验数据,运用广义遍历优先搜索、最小二乘法和优化模型进行求解,得到在一定条件下使得乙醇转化率、C_(4)烯烃收率达到最优的催化剂组合。研究表明,在不限制温度上限时,两种装料方式C_(4)烯烃收率分别为46.78%和40.44%。在限制温度上限为350℃时,C_(4)烯烃收率分别为19.80%和5.77%。 The choice of catalyst combinations involved in the chemical industry has a huge impact on the product yield.In order to better investigate the selection of the appropriate catalyst optimization combination in the teaching experiments for the preparation of C_(4)olefins by catalytic coupling of ethanol,a catalyst combination selection model was developed based on correlation coefficient analysis,gray correlation analysis,stepwise regression idea and generalized global optimization algorithm.The model considered temperature,Co loading rate,hydroxyapatite(HAP),Co/SiO_(2)and HAP loading ratio.Based on the actual production experimental data,the catalyst combination that maximizes the ethanol conversion and C_(4)olefin yield under certain conditions was obtained by applying generalized traversal priority search,least squares and optimization model.It was shown that the C_(4)olefin yields are 46.78%and 40.44%for the two loading methods without limiting the upper temperature limit,respectively.At the limiting temperature limit of 350℃,the C_(4)olefin yields were 19.80%and 5.77%,respectively.
