摘要
目的探讨多媒体视频健康教育结合家庭参与式护理干预对支气管肺炎雾化吸入治疗患儿医疗恐惧感及配合度的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月我院收治的136例支气管肺炎雾化吸入治疗患儿作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各68例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施多媒体视频健康教育结合家庭参与式护理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的医疗环境恐惧、医疗操作恐惧、人际关系恐惧及自我恐惧评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的配合优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的D-二聚体(D-D)、降钙素原(PCT)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多媒体视频健康教育结合家庭参与式护理干预有助于减轻支气管肺炎雾化吸入治疗患儿医疗恐惧感,提高配合度,进而提高雾化吸入治疗效果,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effects of multimedia video health education combined with family participatory nursing intervention on medical fear and cooperation of children with bronchial pneumonia aerosol inhalation therapy.Methods A total of 136 children with bronchial pneumonia aerosol inhalation therapy admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 68 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received multimedia video health education combined with family participatory nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of medical environment fear,medical operation fear,interpersonal relationship fear and self fear in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of cooperation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of D-dimer(D-D)and procalcitonin(PCT)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multimedia video health education combined with family participatory nursing intervention can help reduce the medical fear of children with bronchial pneumonia aerosol inhalation therapy,improve the degree of cooperation,and then improve the effect of aerosol inhalation treatment.It is worth promoting.
