摘要
以广东某地区水环境治理为案例,从水环境问题识别、整治思路与措施、建设模式3个方面进行总结和分析。针对片区内的水体污染严重、潮汐现象明显、管网覆盖率低、河道被侵占等问题,提出控源截污、内源治理、活水循环、生态修复的技术路线。通过模型分析,在上述措施实施后,河道的水力条件明显改善,水质状况明显提升。同时,结合水环境整治的特点,分析EPC+O的运营模式在水环境治理中的作用。
Taking the water environment treatment of a certain area in Guangdong Province as a case,this paper summarizes and analyzes the water environment problems from three aspects:identification,treatment ideas and measures,and construction mode.In view of the serious water pollution,obvious tide phenomenon,low pipe network coverage,river channel occupation and other problems in the area,the technical route of source control and sewage interception,endogenous treatment,water circulation and ecological restoration is proposed.Through model analysis,after the implementation of the above measures,the hydraulic conditions of the river channel have improved significantly,and the water quality has improved significantly.At the same time,combined with the characteristics of water environment treatment,the paper analyzes the role of the operation mode of EPC+O in water environment treatment.
