临床医学本科毕业生的质量评价与比较研究

摘要 目的评价与比较分析华中科技大学同济医学院第一临床学院不同年级临床医学五年制专业毕业生质量,为促进教学改革与提高教学质量提供重要依据。方法2016年7月—2020年12月选取华中科技大学第一临床学院2016-2018届临床医学专业本科毕业生为调查对象,根据前期已构建的临床医学专业本科生质量评价指标体系,分别对定性和定量指标开展调查研究。针对定性指标,设计调查问卷,对毕业生及相关升学单位开展毕业生质量情况调查。针对定量指标,直接通过数据收集,进行分析计算。结果在定量评价结果中,综合成绩平均值,2016届是27.28,2017届是36.02,2018届是24.71。在定性评价结果中,经过对调查问卷数据的整理和TOPSIS方法测算,各年级CI值,2016届是0.39,2017届是0.45,2018届是0.16。将定量和定性评价结合在一起的综合得分,2016届是0.34,2017届是0.43,2018届是0.23。三年的定量、定性和综合评价,三者的排序都趋于一致。结论通过比较不同时期的毕业生质量,发现国家级或校级大型统一考试有利巩固学生阶段学习成果,但目前华中科技大学同济医学院第一临床学院主干学科考试改革未达预期效果,专业课程设置也有待完善。因此,需要从推动临床教学考核与各类大型考试接轨,探索推行课程考试改革,促进临床教师教学思维提升,优化专业课程设置等几个方面着手,全方位多角度提高医学生人才培养质量。 Objective To evaluate and compare the quality of clinical medicine graduates of different grades in Union Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology,thus providing important basis for promoting teaching reform and improving teaching quality.Methods The clinical medicine undergraduates of 2016-2018 who were from Union Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology were selected as the survey objects.Based on the quality evaluation index system of clinical medicine undergraduates constructed in the previous stage,the qualitative and quantitative indicators were investigated respectively.The qualitative indicators were conducted using the questionnaire which was designed to investigate the quality of graduates and related institutions.The quantitative indicators were directly analyzed and calculated through the data collection.Results In the quantitative evaluation results,the average comprehensive score was 27.28 in 2016,36.02 in 2017 and 24.71 in 2018.In the qualitative evaluation results,having sorted out the questionnaire data and calculated by TOPSIS method,the CI value of each grade was 0.39 in 2016,0.45 in 2017 and 0.16 in 2018.The overall score combining quantitative and qualitative evaluation was 0.34 in 2016,0.43 in 2017 and 0.23 in 2018.The order of the three years of quantitative,qualitative and comprehensive evaluation tends to be consistent.Conclusion By comparing the quality of graduates in different periods,it suggests that the national or university-level large-scale unified examination helps consolidate the learning achievements of students at different stages,but the reform of the examination of the main subjects in First Clinical College,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology has failed to achieve the expected effect,and the professional curriculum also needs to be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate clinical teaching assessment with various large-scale examinations,explore the implementation of curriculum examination reform,promote the clinical teachers'teaching thinking and optimize the professional curriculum,thereby improving the overall quality of the medical talents.
