摘要
目的了解参加住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)的医师对自主学习能力的认知、自我评价、自我监控及模式选择的情况,分析培养住培医师自主学习能力的方法和途径。方法2022年2—3月通过问卷的形式,对332名住培医师进行调查,主要内容包括住培医师对培养自主学习能力相关知识和方法的学习情况、对自主学习能力的自我评价、自主学习能力的自我监控以及培养自主学习能力模式选择等方面,并进行统计分析。结果绝大部分住培医师认为在住培过程中培养自学能力的方式有别于医学院校的方式。不同年级住培医师对培养自主学习能力相关知识的学习情况不同,2019级、2020级及2021级学习较多及以上者占比分别为52.5%,54.4%,51.6%。对自主学习能力的自我评价占比不同,三个年级评价较低及以下者占比分别为8.2%,9.6%,8.3%。各年级住培医师对自主学习能力的自我监控对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对培养自主学习能力的各项教学活动的选择出现频次较高的为教学查房、病例讨论和开展培训,分别为172次、165次和162次。结论培养住培医师自主学习能力需要协助住培医师明确自主学习的目的和意义,带教老师需要通过多途径培养住培医师的自主学习能力,分层建立特色的自主学习培养模式,并探索自主学习能力的评价模式,为提高住培医师的核心胜任力做出努力。
Objective To understand the cognition of standardized training of resident physicians on improving their autonomous learning ability,and to analyze the ways and methods of training the autonomous learning ability of resident physicians.Methods From February to March 2022,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 332 physicians in residential training,including their learning of knowledge and methods related to the cultivation of independent learning ability,their self-evaluation of independent learning ability,their self-monitoring of independent learning ability,and their choice of mode for the cultivation of independent learning ability.Statistical analysis was carried out.Results The majority of resident doctors thought that the way of cultivating self-study ability was different from that of medical colleges.Different grades of doctors in residential training had different learning conditions on the knowledge related to the cultivation of independent learning ability,and the proportion of students in 2019,2020 and 2021 who had learned more or more was 52.5%,54.4%and 51.6%.The proportion of self-evaluation of autonomous learning ability was different,and the proportion of students with low or lower evaluation of 2019,2020 and 2021 was 8.2%,9.6%and 8.3%.There was no statistical significance in the self-monitoring of self-learning ability among different grades.In terms of the selection of various teaching activities to cultivate the ability of autonomous learning,the frequency of teaching ward rounds,case discussion and training were 172 times,165 times and 162 times.Conclusion To cultivate the self-learning ability of resident doctors,it is necessary to assist the resident doctors to make clear the purpose and significance of self-learning,and the teachers need to cultivate the self-learning ability of resident doctors through many ways,in order to improve the core competency of resident doctors,we should establish the characteristic training mode of self-study and explore the evaluation mode of self-study ability.
