摘要
创新训练是培养高水平医学人才的重要组成部分。高等医学院校开展创新训练旨在全面提高医学生综合素质和主题素养,培养创新型医学人才。文章调查了医学生对创新训练的认知水平,通过对调查结果的研究,获取了直观数据,并了解了医学生对创新创业训练的主观认知趋势。41.94%的医学生认为创新训练能够培养自己的科研能力,具有正确、积极的学习意识。在实际申报过程中却出现不同程度的困难,不参加创新训练项目的学生主要原因是不知道如何确定研究课题(占63.08%),不知道如何寻找指导教师(占53.85%)及不知道如何组建项目团队(占43.08%);仅有10.77%的同学十分了解项目申报过程。加强医学院校创新训练的运行,是培养具备拓展性思维和科研创新能力的医学人才的基石,也是推动我国医疗卫生事业发展的有力保障。
Innovation training is an important part of training high-level medical talents.The innovative training in medical colleges and universities aims to improve the comprehensive quality and theme quality of medical students and cultivate innovative medical talents.This paper investigates the cognitive level of medical students on innovation training,obtains intuitive data through the research of the survey results,and understands the subjective cognitive trend of medical students on innovation and entrepreneurship training.41.94%of medical students thought that innovation training could cultivate their scientific research ability and have correct and positive learning consciousness.However,there are varying degrees of difficulties in the actual application process.The main reasons for students who do not participate in the innovation training program are that they do not know how to determine the research topic(63.08%),how to find the instructor(53.85%),and how to form the project team(43.08%).Only 10.77%of the students knew the project application process very well.Strengthening the operation of innovative training in medical colleges and universities is the cornerstone of training medical talents with expansive thinking and scientific research innovation ability,and also a strong guarantee to promote the development of medical and health undertakings in China.
