摘要
目的:研究慢性乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者胆囊病变的超声诊断价值。方法:在2016年4月~2020年4月本院接收的慢性乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者中选择50例,设为观察组,另选同期健康体检人员50例,设为对照组,所有人员进行超声检查。比较检查结果。结果:在胆囊壁厚度方面,观察组相关指标比对照组高(P<0.05),在胆总管内径方面,观察组相关数据与对照组比较无意义(P>0.05)。在超声诊断结果方面,观察组相关数据比对照组高(P<0.05)。在门静脉直径和血流速度方面,单纯增厚组相关数据比双侧胆囊壁增厚组低(P<0.05);在门静脉血流量方面,双侧胆囊壁增厚组相关数据与单纯增厚组比较无意义(P>0.05)。结论:对慢性乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者而言,进行超声诊断可有效反映其胆囊情况,帮助判断其是否病变,为后续治疗提供可靠的依据。
Objective:To study the value of ultrasound diagnosis of gallbladder lesions in patients with liver cirrhosis after chronic hepatitis B.Methods:From April 2016 to April 2020,50 patients with chronic hepatitis B liver cirrhosis were selected as the observation group,and 50 healthy persons were selected as the control group during the same period.All Personnel perform an ultrasound examination.Compare the inspection results.Results:The thickness of the gallbladder wall in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the total gallbladder abnormality rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the comparison between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference in the inner diameter of the common bile duct was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The portal vein diameter and blood flow velocity in patients with bilateral gallbladder wall thickening were higher than those in the simple thickening group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in portal vein blood flow in patients with different types of gallbladder wall thickening(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with chronic hepatitis B liver cirrhosis,ultrasound diagnosis can effectively reflect the condition of their gallbladder,help medical affairs to judge whether they are diseased,and provide a reliable basis for follow-up treatment.
