摘要
目的:探讨肿瘤生物标志物应用化学发光免疫法检验的临床价值。方法:回顾性选取2020年1月~2022年3月本院收治的恶性肿瘤患者50例作为观察组,另选取同期健康体检者50例作为对照组,所有研究对象均行化学发光免疫法检验。对比两组肿瘤生物标志物水平、各项肿瘤生物标志物阳性检出率,并评估化学发光免疫法检验的准确率。结果:与对照组比较,观察组中血清癌胚抗原(Serum carcinoembryonic antigen,CEA)、甲胎蛋白(Alpha-fetoprotein,AFP)、糖链抗原-199(Carbohydrate antigen199,CA-199)、糖链抗原-125(Carbohydrate antigen125,CA-125)、糖链抗原-153(Carbohydrateantigen153,CA-153)、铁蛋白检出水平均较高,差异在统计学中存在显著性(P<0.05);经比较,观察组CEA、AFP、CA-199、CA-125、CA-153、铁蛋白的阳性检出率分别为66.00%(33/50)、72.00%(36/50)、70.00%(35/50)、76.00%(38/50)、58.00%(29/50)、62.00(31/50);对照组上述标志物检出率均为0,差异在统计学中均存在显著性(χ^(2)=49.254、56.250、53.846、61.290、40.845、44.928,P<0.05);经化学发光免疫法检验肿瘤生物标志物阳性48例,阴性2例,准确率为89.00%(89/100)。结论:化学发光免疫法检验肿瘤生物标志物准确率较高,临床可将其应用于恶性肿瘤的诊断及辅助治疗中,存在较高的参考价值。
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of chemiluminescence immunoassay for tumor biomarkers.Methods:50 cases of malignant tumor patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to March 2022 were retrospectively selected as the observation group,and another 50 cases of healthy physical examination patients during the same period were selected as the control group.All subjects were tested by chemiluminescence immunoassay.The level of tumor biomarkers and the positive detection rate of each tumor biomarker were compared between the two groups,and the accuracy of chemiluminescence immunoassay was evaluated.Results:Compared with the control group,the average of serum carcinoembryonic antigen(Serum carcinoembryonic antigen,CEA),alphafetoprotein(Alpha-fetoprotein,AFP),glycochain antigen-199(Carbohydrate antigen199,CA-199),glycochain antigen-125(Carbohydrate antigen125,CA-125),glycochain antigen-153(Carbohydrate antigen153,CA-153),ferritin in the observation group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of CEA,AFP,CA-199,CA-125,CA-153 and ferritin in the observation group were 66.00%(33/50),72.00%(36/50),70.00%(35/50),76.00%(38/50),58.00%(29/50)and 62.00%(31/50);In control group,the detection rates of the above markers were 0,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=49.254,56.250,53.846,61.290,40.845,44.928,all P<0.05).48 cases were positive and 2 cases were negative by chemiluminescence immunoassay,the accuracy rate was 89.00%(89/100).Conclusion:Chemiluminescence immunoassay has high accuracy in detecting tumor biomarkers.It can be used in the diagnosis and adjuvant therapy of malignant tumors,and has high reference value.
