摘要
目的:观察分析在胸部肋骨骨折的临床诊断中实施数字化X射线摄影(DR)的价值。方法:选取本院放射科接受影像学检查的70例胸部肋骨骨折患者纳入研究,时间为2019年6月~2022年6月。全部患者均接受计算机X射线检测(CR)检查以及DR检查,对骨折部位进行扫描。并将临床综合检查结果作为标准,观察对比CR以及DR检查对于胸部肋骨骨折的临床诊断效果。结果:对比两种影像学检查方法的成像质量,在优级片占比上,DR组要高于CR组,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。而两组间在总体合格率方面差异较小(P>0.05)。对比两种影像学检查方法的成像准确性,在骨折部位标记准确率以及检出率方面,DR组都要高于CR组,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。对比两种影像学检查方法对隐匿性骨折的成像准确性,在隐匿性骨折部位标记准确率以及检出率方面,DR组都要高于CR组,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在胸部肋骨骨折的临床诊断中开展DR检查相比于CR检查的成像质量更加理想,并且对于肋骨骨折具有更高的诊断准确性,值得大力实施。
Objective:To observe and analyze the value of digital radiography(DR)in the clinical diagnosis of thoracic rib fracture.Methods:70 patients with chest rib fracture who received imaging examination in the radiology department of our hospital were selected for the study,which lasted from June 2019 to June 2022.All patients received computed radiography(CR)and DR examination to scan the fracture site.The results of clinical comprehensive examination were used as the standard to observe and compare the clinical diagnostic effect of CR and DR examination on chest rib fracture.Results:Comparing the imaging quality of the two imaging methods,DR group was higher than CR group in the proportion of superior films,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).However,there was little difference in the overall qualification rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Comparing the imaging accuracy of the two imaging methods,the DR group was higher than the CR group in terms of the accuracy and detection rate of fracture site marking,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).To compare the imaging accuracy of two imaging methods for occult fracture,DR group was higher than CR group in terms of the accuracy and detection rate of occult fracture site marking,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical diagnosis of chest rib fracture,DR examination has more ideal imaging quality than CR examination,and has higher diagnostic accuracy for rib fracture,which is worth vigorously implementing.
