摘要
目的分析多学科协作手术室护理针对高血压脑出血患者的临床应用价值,分析手术室护理要点,减少患者术后并发症。方法对2019年9月至2022年6月本科接诊高血压脑出血手术患者(n=92)为研究对象,采用随机数字法分组,试验组和对照组,每组46例,前者采取多学科协作手术室护理,后者行常规护理。对比并发症、生活自理等指标。结果并发症:试验组并发症发生率2.17%,和对照组数据19.57%相比更低(P<0.05)。术后应激指标:试验组患者在Cor、R和NE指标对比中,均优对照组参数结果,两组相比差异大(P<0.05)。关于生活指标和神经功能指标:试验组患者和对照组患者相比,ADL评分明显更高,NIHSS评分明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。关于护理质量:试验组数据(98.56±1.04)分,和对照组数据(91.34±1.27)分相比更高(P<0.05)。结论高血压脑出血手术用多学科协作手术室护理,并发症发生率更低,患者的应激反应指标较好,且有助于达成理想的手术目标。
Objective To analyze the clinical application value of multidisciplinary collaborative operating room nursing for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,analyze the key points of operating room nursing,and reduce postoperative complications of patients.Methods From September 2019 to June 2022,the patients(n=92)who received hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage surgery were grouped by random number method,and 46 people in the experimental group and control group,the former were nursing in a multidisciplinary collaborative operating room,and the latter was routinely nursed.Compare indicators such as complications and self-care.Results Regarding complications,the incidence rate in the experimental group was 2.17%,which was lower than that in the control group(19.57%)(P<0.05).Regarding postoperative stress indicators:the patients in the experimental group were betler the control group parameter results in the comparison of Cor,R and NE indicators,and the difference between the two groups was large(P<0.05).Regarding life indicators and neurological function indicators:compared with the control group,the experimental group the ADL score was significantly higher,the NIHSS score was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Regarding the quality of care:the data in the experimental group(98.56±1.04)were higher than those in the control group(91.34±1.27)(P<0.05).Conclusion Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage surgery with multidisciplinary collaborative operating room nursing,lower complication rate,better stress response indicators of patients,and help to achieve ideal surgical goals.
