摘要
目的 分析胸科手术麻醉诱导中环泊酚和丙泊酚的应用效果。方法 随机选取福州肺科医院2021年7月—2022年6月行胸科手术的患者60例,按照麻醉诱导用药的不同分为两组。采用环泊酚麻醉诱导的30例设为A组,采用丙泊酚麻醉诱导的30例设为B组,比较两组血流动力学状态、认知功能、麻醉安全性、术后恢复效率。结果 两组T0阶段血流动力学指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组T1~T2阶段的心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)均高于B组,T3阶段的HR、SBP、DBP均低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后10 min,A组认知功能(24.54±1.83)分优于B组的(19.10±1.85)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.487,P<0.05);A组不良反应总发生率为3.33%(1/30),低于B组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.154,P<0.05);A组术后苏醒时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均短于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 胸外科手术麻醉诱导中,环泊酚用药对血流动力学消极影响较弱,麻醉安全性较好,不良反应较少,患者满意度较高,应用效果比较理想。
Objective To analyze the effect of cyclopofol and propofol in anesthesia induction of thoracic surgery.Methods Sixty patients who underwent thoracic surgery at Fuzhou Pulmonary Hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the difference in anesthetic induction medication.Thirty patients induced by cyclophorol anesthesia were assigned to group A and 30 patients induced by propofol anesthesia were assigned to group B.The hemodynamic status,cognitive function,anesthesia safety and postoperative recovery efficiency of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in hemodynamic parameters between the two groups at T0 stage(P>0.05).The heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)in group A at T1 to T2 stages were higher than those in group B,while the HR,SBP,and DBP in T3 stage were lower than those in group B,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).At 10 min after operation,the cognitive function of group A(24.54±1.83)pointswas better than that of group B(19.10±1.85)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.847,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was 3.33%(1/30),which was lower than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.154,P<0.05).The postoperative recovery time,ambulatory activity time,and hospitalization time in group A were shorter than those in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the induction of anesthesia for thoracic surgery,the negative effect of cyclopofol on hemodynamics is weak,the anesthesia safety is better,the adverse reactions are less,the patient satisfaction is higher,and the application effect is ideal.
