摘要
为研究双C形冷弯型钢拼合截面柱的耐火性能,采用有限元软件ABAQUS对火灾下双C形冷弯型钢拼合截面柱的温度场分布和耐火极限进行了数值分析,并对数值分析结果进行了试验验证。考虑轴压比、长细比的影响对钢柱临界温度进行分析,考察了耐火石膏板厚度对钢柱的耐火极限的影响,分析结果表明:钢柱临界温度随轴压比的增加而显著降低;长细比对钢柱临界温度影响相对较小;采用耐火石膏板对钢柱进行防护可有效提高钢柱的耐火极限。对不同轴压比和长细比的临界温度数据进行回归分析得到了双C形冷弯型钢拼合截面柱临界温度简化计算公式。对耐火石膏板保护钢柱升温曲线拟合得到了钢柱温度计算公式,并通过推导得到耐火石膏板保护钢柱耐火极限计算公式,为拼合冷弯型钢柱防火设计提供参考依据。
In order to study the fire resistance of double-C-shaped cold-formed steel split section column,the temperature field distribution and fire resistance rating of double C-shaped cold-formed steel split section column under fire were numerically analyzed by finite element software ABAQUS,and the numerical analysis results were verified by experiment.Considering the influence of axial compression ratio and length and slenderness ratio,the critical temperature of steel column was analyzed,and the influence of fire resistant gypsum board thickness on the fire resistance rating of steel column was investigated,and the analysis results showed that the critical temperature of steel column decreased significantly with the increase of axial pressure ratio.The influence of the length and slenderness ratio on the critical temperature of the steel column is relatively small.The use of fire resistant gypsum board to protect the steel column can effectively improve the fire resistance rating of the steel column.Regression analysis was carried out on the critical temperature data of different axial compression ratios and length and slenderness ratios,and a simplified calculation formula for critical temperature of double-C-shaped cold-formed steel flattened cross-sectional columns was obtained.In addition,the temperature calculation formula of the steel column was obtained by fitting the heating curve of the fire resistant gypsum board protection steel column,and the calculation formula of the fire resistance rating of the fire resistant gypsum board protection steel column was derived,which provided a reference for the fire resistant design of the cold-formed steel column.
