摘要
目的:探讨芪胶升白胶囊和地榆升白片两种药物单独使用对放射治疗后白细胞减少症患者白细胞水平的影响,并评价其临床疗效及用药安全性。方法:选取2018年6月~2020年5月期间于本院进行放射治疗的180例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组90例。观察组给予芪胶升白胶囊治疗,对照组给予地榆升白片治疗,比较两组在用药1周、4周及8周后的临床疗效、白细胞水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:用药8周后,观察组治疗总有效率(92.2%)高于对照组(88.9%,P>0.05)。用药1周后,两组白细胞水平均接近正常;用药4周后,观察组白细胞水平高于对照组(P<0.05);用药8周后,两组白细胞水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组在用药期间均发生皮疹、发热、乏力、恶心、呕吐等不良反应,且对照组不良反应总发生率(18.9%)与观察组(15.6%)比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:芪胶升白胶囊和地榆升白片对放射治疗后白细胞减少症患者具有较好的临床疗效,且安全性高,均可在临床上广泛使用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of the two drugs Qijiaoshengbai capsules and Diyushengbai tablets when administered alone on the white blood cell level in patients with leukopenia caused by radiotherapy,and compare the clinical efficacy and safety of the two drugs.Methods:180 patients who came to our hospital for radiotherapy from June 2018 to May 2020 were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 90 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with Qijiaoshengbai capsules,and the control group was treated with Diyushengbai tablets.Clinical efficacy,white blood cell level and adverse drug reactions were evaluated for the two groups at 1,4,8 weeks post-dose.Results:After 8 weeks of medication,the overall response rate in the observation group(92.2%)was higher than in the control group(88.9%,P>0.05).The white blood cell level was nearly returned to normal between the two groups at 1 week post-dose,but higher in the observation group than in the control group at 4 weeks post-dose(P<0.05),not significantly different between the two groups at 8 weeks postdose(P>0.05).The overall incidence of adverse drug reactions including rash,fever,fatigue,nausea and vomiting had no significant difference between the control group(18.9%)and the observation group(15.6%,P>0.05).Conclusion:Satisfactory clinical efficacy was demonstrated for both Qijiaoshengbai capsules and Diyushengbai tablets in patients with leukopenia caused radiotherapy with good safety profile,supporting their broad use in clinic.
