银翘散加减在温病证治中的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 热邪内蕴、气机不畅、热因气阻的郁热证为温热类温病病机的中心环节,贯穿卫气营血各个阶段,是温热类温病病机的共性,治以开火郁、畅气机,方使热透散。银翘散一方蕴辛开苦降、滋清透散、清热解毒为一体,方中主以辛凉,宣畅气机,少佐辛温,火郁发之,为温病郁热证正治,方中药物归经广泛,涉及五脏、气血。在《温病条辨》中,银翘散的加减应用涉及卫气营血,其现代应用亦涉及多个分科,以银翘散为主治疗温热类温病各阶段病证,可执简驭繁。 The syndrome of stagnation of heat,which contains heat evil,is blocked by qi,and is the central link of the pathogenesis of warm-type febrile diseases,It runs through all stages of weifien,qifen,yingfen and xuefen,which is the commonness of its pathogenesis.To treat it,removing the stagnation of fire and un-obstructing qi can make the heat diffuse and dissipate.Yinqiao Powder has the functions of activating qi flowing,clearing away heat and detoxicating.The main features of Yinqiao Powder were pungent and cool,which could smooth qi,while the warm-natured ingredients could resolve the fire stagnation.The drugs in Yinqiao Powder have a wide range of channels,involving the five internal organs,qi and blood.In the differentiation of febrile diseases,modified Yinqiao Powder involved weifen,qifen,yingfen and xuefen,and its modern application also involves many branches.Yinqiao Powdercan be used the treatment of warm-type febrile diseases at all stages.
