陶瓷cBN超硬砂轮造孔工艺试验探究

摘要 探究了在陶瓷cBN砂轮中碳粉造孔和陶瓷空心球造孔两种造孔类型的区别,实验了碳粉+淀粉混合的造孔剂在不同加入比例5 wt%、15 wt%和25 wt%,以及在1000℃、1050℃和1100℃不同烧结温度下,陶瓷cBN造孔砂轮性能表现,探究造孔工艺对cBN陶瓷砂轮的影响。实验结果证明,在文中的结合剂配方体系下,陶瓷cBN砂轮使用碳粉和淀粉混合造孔剂对砂轮进行空位造孔,加入比例为15 wt%,在1050℃下烧结,砂轮有着更好的机械性能,砂轮的磨削效率较好,抗折强度70.4 MPa,加工功率634 W,与不造孔砂轮相比降低了33.5%。 The difference between the two types of pore-making which are carbon powder and ceramic hollow ball in ceramic cBN grinding wheel is investigated.The effect of pore-forming process on the performance of ceramic cBN grinding wheel is investigated by experiments with different addition ratios of carbon powder and starch pore-forming agents of 5 wt%,15 wt%and 25 wt%,and at different sintering temperatures of 1000℃,1050℃and 1100℃.The test result shows that under the binder formulation system in this paper,the ceramic cBN grinding wheel uses the carbonite and starch pore-making agent to make holes in the grinding wheel,adding the proportion of 15 wt%and sintering at 1050℃.The grinding wheel has better mechanical properties,grinding efficiency,bending strength of 70.4 MPa and processing power of 634W,which is reduced by 33.5%compared with the grinding wheel without hole.
