摘要
由于PcBN材料优异的性能,使PcBN刀具在制造加工行业有着独特的优势。目前PcBN复合片主流的制备方法为高温高压一次烧结法。按照结合剂种类,PcBN材料分为金属型、陶瓷型和金属+陶瓷型。金属+陶瓷型PcBN综合了金属型和陶瓷型的性能优点,被广泛的研究。PcBN的结合剂也由单一体系发展为现在的多元化体系,并涌现出一些新型结合剂,结合剂材料也成为PcBN材料性能优劣的关键因素。文章介绍了PcBN的分类,概述了PcBN材料的优异性能和应用,最后对PcBN材料的国内外研究现状与进展进行了阐述,为后面的研究者提供了一些经验。
Due to the excellent performance of PcBN materials,PcBN tools have unique advantages in the manufacturing industry.At present,the main preparation method of PcBN composite sheet is high-temperature and high-pressure one-time sintering.PcBN materials are divided into metal type,ceramic type and metal+ceramic type according to the type of binder.Metal+ceramic PcBN combines the performance advantages of metal and ceramic materials,and it is widely studied.The binder of PcBN has developed from a single system to the current diversified system,and some new binders have emerged.The binder material has also become a key factor in the performance of PcBN materials.This paper introduces the classification of PcBN,summarizes the excellent properties and application fields of PcBN materials.Finally,the current research status and progress of PcBN materials in China and abroad are described,and it is hoped to provide some experience for the following researchers.
