摘要
区段煤柱对于煤柱及巷道稳定性、煤炭采出率均有重要影响,为确定王坡煤业3号煤层合理的区段煤柱尺寸,以3209工作面为例,采用声波探测法实测巷道松动圈发育规律,FLAC3D模拟研究确定最合理的煤柱宽度,工程应用试验验证煤柱宽度优化的效果,结果表明,区段煤柱宽度为19~20 m条件下,巷道围岩为Ⅱ类较稳定围岩,最合理的区段煤柱留设宽度为10 m,3209辅运顺槽采用10 m护巷煤柱,掘巷、一次采动、二次采动影响下,巷道围岩稳定,取得良好的应用效果和经济效益。
The section coal pillar has an important influence on the stability of the coal pillar and roadway,and the coal recovery rate.In order to determine the reasonable section coal pillar size of the No.3 coal seam of Wangpo Coal Industry,No.3209 Face was taken as an example.The sound wave detection method was used to measure the development law of the roadway loose circle,FLAC3D simulation software was used to determine the most reasonable coal pillar width,and the engineering application test verified the effect of coal pillar width optimization.The results showed that under the condition that the width of section coal pillar was 19~20 m,the surrounding rock of roadway was class II stable surrounding rock,and the most reasonable width of section coal pillar was 10 m.The 3209 auxiliary transport crossheading adopted 10 m roadway protection coal pillar.Under the influence of roadway excavation,primary mining and secondary mining,the surrounding rock of roadway was stable,and good application effect and economic benefit were obtained.
