摘要
随着煤炭行业的深入发展,煤矿井下优质资源不断减少,为了尽量释放煤炭资源,充填开采及残煤复采成为各煤炭企业技术革新与延长矿井服务年限的一项重要技术手段。于此同时,根据环保政策的不断变化,煤矸石等矿山固体废弃物的处置逐步成为各大煤炭企业不得不面对的问题。本文通过对煤矸石及充填材料的研究,提出了煤矸石高水喷射充填材料的制备及使用方法,解决井下综合机械化矸石充填采煤技术中两隅角无法有效充填,以及井下老巷及空巷治理成本高、难度大、回填后容易对煤质造成影响等问题,同时满足了煤矿对矸石处理的需求。
With the in-depth development of the coal industry,the high-quality resources in coal mines are decreasing.In order to release coal resources as much as possible,filling mining and residual coal re-mining have become an important technical means for coal enterprises to innovate technology and extend the service life of mines.At the same time,according to the continuous change of environmental protection policy,the disposal of solid waste such as coal gangue has gradually become a problem that major coal enterprises have to face.Based on the research of coal gangue and filling materials,the preparation and use method of coal gangue high water jet filling material was put forward,which solved the problem that the two corners of the underground comprehensive mechanized gangue filling coal mining technology could not be effectively filled,and the underground old roadway and empty roadway management cost was high,difficult,and it was easy to affect the coal quality after backfilling.At the same time,it met the needs of coal mine for gangue treatment.
