摘要
利用现代信息技术手段开展企业财务管理是加速企业各生产环节信息及时反馈的重要手段,有助于促进企业财务管理模式的创新性转型。ERP系统是实现企业资源信息化、统一集成处理的重要信息技术。将该技术应用于饲料企业财务管理中可有效提升财务管理部门的信息处理能力,资源整合处理效率,加快企业资源运作,提升饲料企业在市场行业的经济份额及整体竞争力。文章以饲料企业为主要研究对象,针对ERP系统在饲料企业财务管理信息化中的应用情况指出应用中存在的问题,并根据问题提出饲料企业财务管理信息化的合理应用措施。
The use of modern information technology means to carry out financial management of enterprises is an important means to accelerate the timely feedback of information in all production links of enterprises,and helps to promote the innovative transformation of enterprise financial management mode.ERP system is an important information technology to realize enterprise resource informatization and unified integrated processing.Applying this technology to the financial management of feed enterprises will effectively improve the information processing ability of the financial management department,the efficiency of resource integration and processing,accelerate the operation of enterprise resources,and enhance the economic share and overall competitiveness of feed enterprises in the market industry.This paper takes feed enterprises as the main research object,points out the problems in the application of ERP system in feed enterprises'financial management informatization,and puts forward reasonable application measures for feed enterprises'financial management informatization according to the problems.
