不同水平亚麻籽对青山羊干物质采食量、产奶性能和乳成分的影响 被引量:2

摘要 文章旨在研究不同水平亚麻籽对青山羊干物质采食量、产奶性能和乳成分的影响。试验将80头健康待产的青山羊随机分为4组,分别为对照组(饲食日粮)、3.0%亚麻籽组(日粮+3.0%的亚麻籽)、4.0%亚麻籽组(日粮+4.0%的亚麻籽)、5.0%亚麻籽组(日粮+5.0%的亚麻籽),试验为期40 d。结果发现,与对照组相比,在日粮中添加不同水平的亚麻籽对青山羊干物质采食量均有显著影响(P<0.05),其中加入4.0%或5.0%的亚麻籽对提高青山羊的干物质采食量效果最显著(P<0.05),分别比对照组提高24.9%和25.0%;其次,在日粮中添加不同水平的亚麻籽对青山羊营养物质消化率也有显著影响(P<0.05),与对照组相比,4.0%亚麻籽组产奶性能和乳成分差异最显著(P<0.05),产奶量平均提高0.36 kg/d,乳脂含量比对照组提高10.1%。研究结果表明,在日粮中加入4.0%的亚麻籽,对青山羊的产奶性能促进效果最明显,可使青山羊的饲料利用效率最佳。 The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of dry matter intake,milk production performance and milk composition on grey goat.The results showed that compared with the control group,adding different levels of flaxseed in the diet had a significant effect on the dry matter intake of grey goats(P<0.05),and adding 4.0%or 5.0%flaxseed in the diet had the most significant effect on the dry matter intake of grey goats(P<0.05),which was 24.9%and 25.0%higher than the control group,respectively;Secondly,adding different levels of flaxseed to the diet also had a significant impact on the nutrient digestibility index of grey goats(P<0.05),among which the milk production performance and milk composition of the group adding 4.0%flaxseed had the most significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.05),the average milk yield increased by 0.36 kg/d,and the milk fat content increased by 10.1%compared with the control group.The results showed that adding 4.0%flaxseed to the diet had the most obvious effect on improving the milk production performance of the grey goat,and could make the best feed efficiency of the grey goat.
