研究生教育自我评估指标体系构建及实证研究——以中国民航大学交通运输规划与管理专业为例 被引量:1

摘要 持续全面的评估是提高人才培养质量的重要方式,也是高校进行自我管理的重要手段。建立内外相结合的质量保障体系也是研究生教育质量提升的关键。通过对中国民航大学交通运输规划与管理专业的培养现状进行调研,设计出与其专业相关的自我评估指标体系并确定各指标权重,邀请16位专家基于所设计的指标体系进行评估,最终从强化基础建设、优化师资队伍结构、健全管理体制和建立信息交流平台等方面对专业研究生教育质量提出了改进建议与方案。 Continuous and comprehensive evaluation is not only an important way to improve the quality of talent cultivation,but also an essential means for universities to carry out self-management.The establishment of a quality assurance system that integrates both internal and external education is the key to improving the quality of graduate education.Through an investigation of the current training situation of transportation planning and management major in Civil Aviation University of China,a self-evaluation index system related to the major is designed and the weight of each index is determined.Sixteen experts are invited to make an assessment based on the designed index system.Finally,suggestions and schemes are put forward to improve the quality of professional graduate education from aspects of strengthening the infrastructure construction,optimizing the structure of teaching staff,perfecting the management system,and establishing an information exchange platform.
