摘要
针对晋能控股煤业集团同发东周窑煤业有限公司(以下简称“东周窑煤矿”)副立井JKMD3.25×4(I)型矿井提升机钢丝绳更换采用传统工艺存在的效率较低、工艺较复杂、安全系数不高等问题,研究了传统人工换绳工艺和机械式换绳工艺各自特点,并详细介绍了机械换绳法施工工艺流程。通过对比分析2种工艺在矿井提升机钢丝绳更换产生的安全效益、技术效益、经济效益和社会效益等差异,东周窑煤矿决定将传统换绳法优化改进为机械换绳法。实际应用表明,采用机械式换绳工艺有力提升了东周窑煤矿副立井提升机钢丝绳的更换效率,矿井在安全效益、技术效益、经济效益和社会效益方面显著,对同类型矿井提升机钢丝绳更换具有一定借鉴意义。
Aiming at the the problems of low efficiency,complex process and low safety factor of the traditional process for replacing the wire rope adopting by the JKMD 3.25×4(I)mine hoist in auxiliary shaft of Jinneng Holdings Coal Industry Group Tongfa Dongzhouyao Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Dongzhouyao Coal Mine),the characteristics of traditional manual and mechanical rope replacement processes were studied,and the operation process of mechanical rope replacement was introduced in detail.By comparing and analyzing the differences in safety,technical,economic and social benefits between the two processes in replacing the wire ropes of mine hoists,Dongzhouyao Coal Mine has decided to optimize and improve the traditional manual rope replacement process to mechanical rope replacement process.The practical application has been shown that the mechanical rope replacement technology has effectively improved the efficiency of the wire rope replacement of the auxiliary shaft hoist in Dongzhouyao Coal Mine,and the safety,technical,economic and social benefits of the mine are significant,which has a certain reference significance for wire rope replacement of the same type of mine hoist.
